Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "the User") and tk668 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the tk668 website at tk668.bio, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions offered therein. • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tk668, nor a family member or household member of any such person, when using the gaming or betting features of the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or be subject to any court order, regulatory order, or other legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling or wagering.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one active account on the tk668 platform. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. tk668 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time by requesting documentation. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

• Your account credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk668 support immediately via the contact details provided on this website. tk668 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• tk668 operates a one-account policy. If duplicate accounts are detected, all duplicate accounts (other than the first registered account) will be suspended. Bonuses or winnings accumulated in a duplicate account may be voided.
• You must use your tk668 account for personal, recreational gaming only. Using your account in connection with any commercial enterprise, gambling syndicate, or for the benefit of third parties is prohibited.
• Account closure requests must be submitted to tk668 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to identity verification.

tk668 complies with applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. At any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or following a change in account details — we may require you to submit identity documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time specified may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

tk668 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your tk668 account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of request in your account dashboard. tk668 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your tk668 account. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

• tk668 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees. tk668 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
• Funds deposited into your tk668 account may only be used for wagering on the Platform. Using your account as a payment or money-transfer service — including depositing and withdrawing without meaningful wagering activity — is prohibited and may trigger a review under our anti-money-laundering procedures.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk668 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a Welcome Bonus on first deposit and ongoing reload and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus terms set out below. Bonus terms take precedence over general Terms where they conflict.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the individual offer terms. Always check the specific offer page before claiming a bonus.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. A player may only claim the Welcome Bonus once, regardless of whether they close and reopen an account. tk668 reserves the right to decline the Welcome Bonus if it determines that a player has previously received a welcome-equivalent bonus under a different account.
• tk668 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a player's wagering requirement is still outstanding, any bonus balance will be removed but any real-money balance remains unaffected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside the normal wagering and withdrawal process. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or exploit bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or coordinating with other players to abuse a bonus offer — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

All bonus offers are subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500 unless specified otherwise in the individual offer terms. Deposits made using certain payment methods, or deposits under the minimum qualifying amount, may not contribute to bonus activation. Refer to the specific offer for full details.

Key Platform Commitments

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk668 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances (including any winnings accrued through the prohibited conduct), and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud, including but not limited to providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, exploiting system errors or technical glitches for unintended financial gain, and collusion with other players or with Platform staff.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. tk668 operates anti-money-laundering procedures and will report any suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities.
• Use of automated software, bots , scripts, or any other mechanical or artificial means to interact with the Platform, including to place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the name of another person, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming bonuses multiple times, or evading a suspension or self-exclusion.
• Any conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory toward tk668 staff, other players, or third-party service providers associated with the Platform. tk668 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment in any form.

tk668 employs real-time fraud detection and pattern-analysis systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to a temporary hold on withdrawals while the flagged activity is reviewed. We will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected player and aim to resolve reviews promptly. If a review concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be released in full.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk668 platform — including but not limited to the tk668 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game artwork (where licensed from studios), promotional materials, and software — is the property of tk668 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tk668.

The game titles, logos, and associated intellectual property of third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming — remain the exclusive property of those studios. tk668 operates under licence from these studios and does not claim ownership of their intellectual property. Any unauthorised use of third-party studio intellectual property is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk668 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if tk668 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or device, or where you shared your credentials with a third party in breach of these Terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Account Suspension and Termination

tk668 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply.

• You have breached these Terms in any material respect, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 5 above.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, a court order, a regulatory authority, or at the direction of a competent law enforcement agency.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period through the responsible gaming tools in your account, in which case the restriction is applied immediately and at your own request.

Where an account is closed by tk668 for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting any bonus funds and winnings derived from the breach may be returned to the player at tk668's sole discretion, subject to identity verification and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Winnings or funds directly associated with prohibited conduct will not be returned.

Amendments to These Terms

tk668 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make a material change to these Terms, we will notify active players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to payment provider names) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
